Regional Director
North West

Up to 80,000 + Car Allowance

Job Details:

• Regional Director - Education & Care
• Join a national organisation specialising in social care
• Lead a group of schools and colleges across the North West region
• Cover sites in Liverpool, Lancaster, and satellite sites in Blackpool, Ulverston, and Carlisle
• Line manage 1 Head Teacher and 1 Principal
• Report to the Divisional Director
• The Liverpool service is a preschool and primary education provision supporting children with ASD
• The Lancaster service and satellite sites support young people aged 16+ with SEMH, LD, and physical disabilities
• All services are OFSTED-regulated
• As Regional Director, ensure all services meet company and OFSTED standards
• The role offers location flexibility with work-from-home and office options

Contract Details:

• Full-time, permanent contract
• 40 hours per week
• Salary up to 80,000 + Car Allowance

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher
• Experience as a Head Teacher or Principal
• Experience working with ASD, SEMH, and LD
• Experience developing and opening services is desirable
