Responsibilities
  • As a key member of our senior leadership team, oversee multiple services across the Northwest region in Cumbria and drive operational excellence.
  • Ensure that every home in the region is a place where children feel safe, supported, and seen, with focus on safeguarding and quality assurance.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team, shaping service delivery to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people.
  • Contribute to business growth and service innovation with strategic oversight and influence across the organisation.
