MWH Treatment is seeking a Regional Digital Delivery Lead to drive the establishment, implementation, and sustained adoption of digital delivery initiatives across the Thames Water Framework. You will work with office and site teams to demonstrate, embed and assure digital ways of working, strengthening collaboration, data quality and project outcomes.

• Experience delivering digital change within complex projects or programmes.
• Knowledge of information management and data standards (ISO 19650).
• Ability to run training, workshops and hands-on coaching with teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on leadership for establishing and embedding digital initiatives regionally.
• Engage with project managers, engineers and site teams to translate needs into digital solutions.
• Lead digital rollout, including tools like BIM 360, ProjectWise CDE and field management.
• Develop implementation plans, risk registers and adoption measures for assigned initiatives.
• Report adoption, performance trends and benefits to PMO leadership.
• Coach digital champions and ensure governance and data quality across regions.
