Job description

MWH Treatment is seeking a digitally passionate individual with a creative mindset and the ability to influence change to work in Northern Ireland as a Regional Digital Delivery Lead. This role involves working with delivery teams to bridge the gap between engineering and delivery functions through collaborative practices. Support will be provided from both Central and Regional Digital Delivery Leads, along with opportunities for training across digital delivery tools.

The core digital tools include Delivery & Digital Strategy, Visual Project Initiation (including Digital Survey), Data-rich 3D models, Collaborative Reviews, Digital Rehearsals, Digital Field Management, and Data & Analytics capabilities. The role aims to embed Digital Delivery as a business as usual, which is a strategic priority for MWH Treatment.

The role encompasses four main aspects:

1. Regional Strategic and Management (c. 25%): Drive the adoption of the digital delivery agenda, manage the digital toolbox maturity matrix, and report to the Core Digital Team to ensure alignment with company strategy.
2. Regional Rehearsal (c. 25%): Develop a regional rehearsal strategy, identify resources, and facilitate rehearsals. Training in rehearsal facilitation will be provided. The role may include acting as a rehearsal facilitator and developing 4D models using Synchro.
3. Collaboration Platform (c. 25%): Support the adoption of BIM 360 Field across the region, act as a community champion, and develop support materials and training programs.
4. Digital Implementation and Support (c. 25%): Promote the adoption of digital tools, ensure system efficiencies, and proactively manage system issues.
