  • Managing strategic development and operational sales for panel customers, including tenders and deals.
  • Building and maintaining strong senior stakeholder relationships across Covéa Insurance.
  • Developing effective customer account pipelines and prospecting strategies, understanding competitors and brokers across the UK marketplace.
  • Providing memorable service to customers, adhering to principles of Treating Customers Fairly, and enhancing our reputation.
  • Working with SRM and Leadership Teams to deliver sales ownership and achieve targets.
  • Supporting product launches and customer/hospitality events to promote advocacy and attendance.
What would we like to see in you?
  • Proven sales and relationship development experience in the Commercial & HNW market, with strong knowledge of intermediated Commercial.
  • A track record of delivering excellent service and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong skills in building internal stakeholder relationships and understanding broker businesses.
  • Ability to develop joint business plans and mobilize actions effectively.
  • Good project management and business planning skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to share insights and collaborate for the best business outcomes.
  • Contributing to a culture of success and team pride.

  • Annual pay review and performance bonus of 12.5%.
  • 27 days holiday plus bank holidays, with holiday buy/sell options.
  • Generous pension scheme with employer contributions up to 9%.
  • Health benefits including Private Medical Insurance, health assessments, and Virtual GP access.
  • Tusker Car Scheme – salary sacrifice for a fully maintained car.
  • Support for mental, financial, and physical wellbeing.
  • Professional development opportunities, including training and qualifications.
  • Additional benefits like gym discounts, cycle schemes, and retail discounts.
