Main duties of the job

The Regional Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing enquiries, improving conversion rates, and achieving occupancy targets. They will have excellent communication skills, the ability to network within the local community, and experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will represent Barchester in a friendly and professional manner, engage with residents and relatives, respond to sales enquiries, and actively generate leads.

Job responsibilities

We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this region to increase occupancy. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
  • Excellent communication skills and networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries
  • Supporting marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates, and increase occupancy
  • Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance

NEED TO HAVE:

  • Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare (not essential)
  • Ability to analyze data on Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Interpersonal and professional qualities
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Full UK driving licence

NEED TO DO:

  • Represent Barchester and our homes professionally and friendly
  • Manage all sales activities for the home
  • Engage with potential residents via phone and tours
  • Engage with residents and relatives to understand their needs
  • Respond to sales enquiries and generate leads
  • Maintain contacts database
