The Regional Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets, networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries, and supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates, and increase occupancy. The successful candidate will have proven sales and marketing experience, the ability to analyze data on Salesforce or similar CRM application, and be self-motivated and target-driven.

NEED TO DO: Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner. Responsible for all sales activity for the home. Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home. Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements. Respond to sales enquiries. Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities. Maintain a contacts database.
