• Monitor and control financial performance, maintaining costs within budget, including ordering and stock management
• Establish and maintain relationships at all levels within the Company and Client organizations
• Ensure compliance with standards, financial targets, administration, and reporting procedures
• Support and monitor your team, identify training needs, and recognize potential
• Hold regular team meetings to communicate targets and achievements
• Work closely with your Operations Manager to prepare budgets and manage food costs
• Develop and improve client services at various locations
• Comply with Company, statutory policies, procedures, and regulations
