Job summary

Chartwells Independent is seeking an Area Support Manager to drive culinary excellence across North Wales and the North West. You will lead and coach Catering Managers and Chef Managers, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer experience across multiple sites.

With responsibility for implementing menus, concepts and promotions, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences and brand standards while supporting mobilisation projects and new contracts.

Qualifications

• Multi-site catering or hospitality leadership experience.
• Strong culinary background with a focus on food quality and service.
• Experience coaching and developing catering teams at scale.
