We are searching for a Regional Coordinator in our Environmental division. You will be responsible for the day-to-day organisation and scheduling of all planned and reactive contract & project work, including field-based staff, materials, and sub-contractors. This is a versatile role supporting a variety of tasks within a dynamic and fast-paced organisation.

As a Regional Coordinator, you’ll be:
  • Carrying out the day-to-day organisation and scheduling of all planned and reactive contract & project work, including planning and booking staff, materials, and sub-contractors.
  • Supporting the Operations Supervisors to enable Field Operatives to complete scheduled work successfully.
  • Ensuring all work records are complete and accurate.
  • Producing regular management reports.
  • Maintaining the Purchase Order log and ensuring accurate information for invoicing of all work delivered.
  • Handling general administration duties involved in the day-to-day running of the office.
As a Regional Coordinator, you’ll have:
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in a highly varied role with exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • A methodical approach with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility, punctuality, and the ability to meet multiple deadlines daily.
  • Excellent presentation skills for all correspondence, documents, presentations, and data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with CRM systems. Experience with The Big Change is an advantage.
