Job Title: Regional Contracts Manager
Location: East Anglia
Rate: £70000 - £85000 + Package (Depending on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent

Join an established multidisciplinary contractor within the energy sector / civil engineering and infrastructure sectors as a Regional Manager, overseeing the establishment and growth of a new regional office in East Anglia. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to lead a high-performing team, secure new business opportunities, drive expansion in the region, and manage the existing project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and grow a new regional office, strengthening the operational team.
  • Develop and implement a regional growth strategy aligned with business priorities.
  • Cultivate and enhance relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Recruit and develop key operational roles to ensure project delivery excellence.
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
  • Assume responsibility for all regional operations, ensuring effective project delivery and commercial performance.
