Hybrid - 3 days a week from our London or Sunderland office & 2 days working from home

About this role

As a Regional Continuous Improvement Lead, you will scrutinize how our contact centre operates. You’ll work with the Senior Leadership team to scope and deliver improvements in policies, tools, services, and processes. Collaborating with Ops Managers, TLs, and CS Advisors, you will identify pain points and bottlenecks, focusing on efficiency and engagement. You will build and deliver a continuous improvement framework, working with the global CS Operational Excellence team, P&T teams, and other departments to enhance customer, partner, and advisor experiences.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Building and leading a continuous improvement framework, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Managing and coaching a team of Regional Continuous Improvement Specialists.
  • Leading improvement workshops with leadership and SMEs.
  • Collaborating with various teams to inform policies and optimize CS Advisor journeys.
  • Managing the lifecycle of improvement initiatives from identification to project delivery.
  • Using interviews, feedback, analysis, workshops, and surveys to build cases for change.
  • Ensuring successful delivery and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications and experience:
  • Proven experience leading a continuous improvement team and delivering business improvements.
  • Lean Six Sigma qualification (Green or Black Belt).
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Experience in Programme/Project management and business analysis is beneficial.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate in complex organizations.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
