The ideal candidate has a strong track record in retail construction, understands regional variations across Europe, and can work efficiently with multicultural stakeholders and headquarters in Asia.

Support and Supervision of Local Projects
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to country-level construction project teams managing compact and standard store formats
  • Ensure consistent construction quality, branding, materials, and timelines across all European markets
  • Assist local teams in troubleshooting complex site issues and escalate strategic risks when necessary
  • Establish robust progress monitoring systems, collect regular updates, analyse deviations between actual and planned timelines, and identify root causes
Project Execution and Monitoring
  • Coordinate with construction teams across countries to drive progress and cross-functional collaboration
  • Track project schedules, analyse deviations, and implement corrective actions such as workflow optimization or resource adjustment
  • Liaise with landlords and malls to obtain permits, site access, and technical approvals
  • Conduct regular site visits and report project status to HQ and regional management
Quality Assurance & Project Closure Management
  • Ensure project quality standards are met through routine inspections, technical oversight, and timely resolution of on-site issues and defects
  • Oversee critical construction components including material finishes, HVAC, fire safety systems, and equipment installation prior to handover
  • Lead internal final inspections and coordinate handover with retail and operations teams to ensure stores are fully ready for opening
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future delivery across regions

Required Qualifications
