Job summary

Co-op Academies Trust in South Cumbria is seeking a Regional Community Development Manager to lead our community strategy across designated academies. You will map local needs, build partnerships with local authorities, charities, and businesses, and shape bespoke community plans to improve social cohesion and family support.

Responsibilities

• Line manages local Academy Community Pioneers to deliver community plans.
• Build partnerships with local Co-op stores, charities, and authorities.
• Co-develop and roll out community strategies reflecting local priorities.
• Identify grant opportunities and assist with funding applications.
• Share best practices across the region and report impact to ACCs.
