Role Overview

The Regional Commercial Analytics Associate Director provides advisory and operational analytics partnership to the regional and country teams within the International Commercial organization, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and enabling the achievement of business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, build, and implement the Regional Analytics Roadmap to generate actionable insights and support strategic decisions.
• Establish strategies and tactics to meet commercial goals, sharing business needs with IHQ functions for data and market research initiatives.
• Partner with the GIACO team to align on KPIs, develop dashboards, and create custom solutions where necessary.
• Lead change management efforts by enhancing data and digital literacy within the NEAD region.
• Ensure high data quality standards and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Manage governance frameworks, including Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic insights delivery.
• Participate in GIACO and NEAD Leadership Teams, providing strategic input.
• Drive initiatives on International Commercial Capabilities and track adoption within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, biotech, operations, or related field with extensive experience.
• Strong communication and influence skills across all organizational levels.
• Proactive in shaping regional strategy and capable of managing complex projects.
• Prior experience in commercial or commercial excellence roles.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
• Digital agility and understanding of multi-channel marketing are a plus.
• Excellent presentation skills in English, with the ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders.
