Job summary

The Professional Footballers' Association (PFA) is seeking a regionally based coach developer to join our expanding team. The role requires a UEFA A Licence or above and preferably current FA Licenced Tutor status for UEFA C; experience coaching at elite level is essential.

This hybrid role involves regular travel to clubs, mainly in the Midlands, with offices in Manchester and London as flexible home bases.

Qualifications

• UEFA A Licence or above required.
• Preferably FA Licenced Tutor Status to UEFA C.
• Knowledge of coach development in professional football.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the FA UEFA C award to allocated groups.
• Provide mentoring and CPD for candidates.
• Maintain records of course delivery and member interactions.
• Collaborate with PFA departments to ensure integrated delivery.
• Attend staff meetings as required.
• Deliver UEFA B Licence awards regionally with FA staff.
• Ongoing collaboration with other departments.
