Job summary

Humankind Global Recruitment partners with an innovative London IT consultancy to appoint a Client Support Regional Lead who will oversee the end user computing services across multiple sites.

You will lead a team of 9, own client support performance, handle escalations, and drive improvements in delivery and reporting. The role is on-site in London with travel to client sites, offering a £60,000-£70,000 p/a permanent position.

Qualifications

• Experience leading End User Support teams.
• Strong leadership & communication for VIP stakeholders.
• Hands-on technical stack across Windows/Mac, MDM, AD and virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end end user support function.
• Leading the team to meet standards and develop staff.
• Handle escalations and coach for future resolutions.
• Own IT projects for the department and the JML process.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and clients for VIP support.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
