Job summary

BCG is seeking a Regional Chef to lead the kitchen team in delivering nutritious meals in a care environment. You will design menus, manage stock, and control costs while prioritising resident well-being and satisfaction.

You should be reliable and capable in all kitchen duties, including dietary requirements. Experience in a commercial kitchen is required; care-home experience is preferred but not essential, and PVG checks and UK work authorization apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial kitchen environment is required.
• Ideally in a care home, but not essential.
• Able to cater for special dietary needs within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality, balanced meals for residents.
• Design menus and manage food stock and budget.
• Ensure kitchen operations maintain high cleanliness and hygiene in line with EHO.
