Florin Healthcare is seeking a Regional Support Manager to oversee the South East portfolio, supporting Home Managers and the Operations Director to sustain high standards of compliant, patient-focused care.

You will bring strong leadership in elderly nursing care, a solid CQC background, and a track record in quality governance, audits, and continuous improvement across multiple homes. A full driving licence is preferred for regional mobility.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience within elderly nursing care homes.
• Open to Nurse and Non Nurse applications but Nurse preferred.
• Strong understanding of CQC requirements.
• Experience in quality and clinical governance, including audits, care planning and continuous improvement.
• Previous experience within the health and social care sector.

Responsibilities

• Support Home Managers and Operations Director across regional projects.
• Ensure homes maintain high standards of compliance and operational delivery.
• Lead regional initiatives to improve quality and governance across multiple sites.
