Agincare is seeking an inspirational Locality Manager to oversee high-quality care across multiple homes in the Lincolnshire region. You will lead by example, drive safety, dignity, and person-centred care, and ensure services meet regulatory standards.

You’ll recruit, develop and supervise teams, optimise rotas, and implement robust audits and risk assessments to sustain excellence in every home across the locality.

• Leadership experience in care settings and strong regulatory knowledge.
• Experience overseeing multi-site services and locality-based management.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
