A leading plant and tool hire company in the UK is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to oversee customer accounts and secure new business opportunities. Ideal candidates will have field sales experience and strong relationship-building skills. The Regional Business Development Manager role provides a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success as the business continues an exciting growth plan. This is a pivotal role within each of our local markets and provides opportunity for Account Development and identification of New Business opportunities as we look to further strengthen our market presence.
This role is a mix of field-based work in the Southwest England and South Wales region, to engage our customers as required, with weekly time within our Newport Depot to support the engagement and development of customer accounts within the defined customer portfolio as part of the portfolio development activity.
A background in the hire sector would be advantageous although not necessary; experience within a field sales account development role is essential.
Hours: Monday to Friday, no weekends
