Job summary

Resolve Recruitment Limited is representing a reputable ventilation solutions manufacturer for a Business Development Manager role covering the North and Scotland region. The successful candidate will grow the window vent and Louvre product portfolio with fabricators, while developing strong client relationships.

You will manage existing accounts, identify new opportunities with contractors, installers and specifiers, and deliver targeted training to fabricator partners to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years selling Louvre or Window Vent products to commercial contacts (specifiers, contractors, installers, fabricators).
• Experience with fabricators, contractors, installers, and specifiers preferred.
• Demonstrable career stability.

Responsibilities

• Grow window fabricator client base and manage existing accounts.
• Identify new opportunities with fabricators, contractors, installers and specifiers.
• Build relationships and promote the product range, facilitating training sessions with fabricator accounts.
