Role Description

Regional Employed Dentist:

As a Regional Employed Dentist, you will join Rodericks in a salaried employed role, working across several practices in a predefined area. This role offers the security of a guaranteed monthly salary and flexible working options from 3 to 5 days per week to suit your circumstances.

The Package:

• Guaranteed base salary up to £50k (pro rata for fewer days)
• Car allowance of £5,400 per annum
• Coverage of GDC costs
• Coverage of indemnity insurance costs
• NHS Labs bills covered
• Private work paid at 40%
• Access to Rodericks in-house CPD programme with discounted courses
• Enrolment into Rodericks FD+1 scheme for hands-on courses, clinical support, and discounted Invisalign courses
