Take the next step in your property management career, supporting a pioneering portfolio at the cutting edge of innovation workspace? This is a unique opening to join an award-winning, international investor/manager with an established and expanding platform across the UK. We're seeking an experienced Property Manager with a specialism in commercial office and laboratory assets, ready to make an impact in a dynamic and fast-evolving sector.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
  • UK commercial property investment is set to climb by 15% in 2025, driven by increasing capital values and rental growth, providing an exciting and resilient environment for forward-thinking property professionals.

  • Regional office markets continue to enjoy robust demand and a clear “flight to quality,” with the Big Six cities experiencing supply constraints that favour asset management experts who can deliver value through innovation and operational excellence.

  • Across 94.9% of organisations, leasing remains the mainstay of commercial premises, and an overwhelming majority of business leaders occupy investment-grade assets. Competition for well-managed, high-quality workspaces is rising, as tenants seek more than just space—they seek a partner in their growth.

Your Role

As Regional Property Manager, you’ll play a pivotal part in the lifecycle of a forward-looking asset portfolio centred on science, technology and knowledge industries. Working closely with occupiers and site partners, your key responsibilities will include:

End-to-end management of repair, maintenance, and operational contracts using leading CAFM systems.
Lead on-site Health & Safety; supported by comprehensive digital platforms and a robust central team.
Financial oversight—budgeting, service charge management and tactical capex delivery.
Tenant onboarding and relationship building, ensuring spaces match the technical and operational needs of innovative occupiers.
Support letting activities, leveraging your local market expertise to drive rental success.
Coordinating site events, fostering engaged communities across the estate.
Champion tenant engagement, chair regular meetings, and action feedback swiftly.
Collaborate on sustainability and building improvements, keeping assets ahead of evolving regulatory and occupier demands.
Who Succeeds Here
A Chartered Commercial Property professional with a RICS accredited degree.
Proven experience in multi-let commercial property management—ideally offices or labs.
Well-versed in H&S, service charge budgeting and client reporting.
Relationship-builder and trusted communicator, with a flair for seeing the “bigger picture.”
Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern management systems and sustainability-led initiatives.
Unafraid of complexity, thriving in a collaborative and growing environment.
What’s On Offer
A competitive salary and industry-leading benefits.
Genuine investment in your personal and professional growth—training, mentorship and clear career pathways.
A workplace culture defined by openness, innovation and independence.
Opportunities to work regionally and potentiallyinternationally, engaging with a diverse set of stakeholders and thought leaders.
The freedom to shape how property management supports science, research, and office users at the forefront of their fields.
