What You Do

• Travel across North UK&I supporting with selling, conducting services and eventing in top beauty retail stores, primarily in open sell doors (Space NK & Sephora)
• Be a brand ambassador in stores by adhering to Hourglass guidelines, in line with brand image and DNA
• Build a client based business across a number of stores
• Build relationships with staff and management in stores to improve the partnership with retailers
• Meet and exceed daily sales goals
• Provides exceptional internal and external client experience
• Respect retailer/store procedures, guidelines and brand confidentiality
