Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Regional Applications Engineer specializing in CNC Cutting tools for the South West region (Postcodes TR, PL, EX, TQ, TA, BS, BA). Ideally, you will be based in the centre of this area.

Join a successful and innovative organization renowned for manufacturing a wide range of metalworking tools, including turning, grooving, milling, and boring tools. Our products serve sectors such as Manufacturing, Automotive, and Aerospace. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated professional to support customer relationships within direct and distribution networks.

You will work closely with the sales team and report to the Regional Manager, promoting high-quality cutting tools and solutions. Your territory will cover the South West, and while being based centrally is preferred, it is not mandatory.

Key responsibilities include supporting an Area Sales Manager, promoting our product range, and developing customer relationships. A strong CNC background is essential, with experience as a Miller, Turner, Setter, or Operator preferred. Qualifications such as ONC/HNC in Mechanical Engineering or CNC experience from a relevant Technical Apprenticeship are desirable. Experience in Cutting Tools sales with distributors and direct customers is advantageous but not essential. CAD/CAM experience would be highly beneficial.
