Job summary

Counter Terrorism Policing is seeking a proactive professional to recruit, develop and motivate Researchers and Analysts, ensuring work of the highest quality. You will liaise with customers and partner agencies to agree a strategy for analysis and research support and ensure objectives are met.

You will be responsible for recruiting, developing and motivating Researchers and Analysts to ensure they are suitably skilled and producing work of the highest quality. You will liaise with customers and partner agencies, providing professional advice to agree a strategy for analysis and research support and ensure objectives are met.

The successful candidate will need be educated to degree level OR with an equivalent qualification or experience. You will also need to have significant proven experience in intelligence analysis. Experience in communicating and engaging with a range of customers and stakeholders; a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and the ability to interrogate computerised databases is also essential.
