With 14 breakthrough innovations launched this year, including the revolutionary MuleSoft Agent Fabric, we’re redefining how enterprises connect and orchestrate AI agents, systems, and human workforces in one secure, intelligent network. If you’re ready to lead where innovation meets impact, this is your moment.

Your Mission

We’re looking for a bold, visionary leader to scale and elevate MuleSoft’s Alliance & Channel business across UKI and the North.

You’ll be the bridge between our empowered Operating Units, MuleSoft Sales teams, and our Global Partner Center of Excellence, shaping how the ecosystem drives customer success through integration, legacy modernization, and the emerging world of agentic systems.

You won’t just manage partnerships, you’ll inspire transformation, showing partners and customers how MuleSoft is redefining integration as the foundation of enterprise agility and innovation.

What You’ll Lead

  • Define and execute a scalable, outcome-driven partner strategy for UKI & North.
  • Translate global priorities into local impact, driving measurable pipeline growth, partner influence, and market expansion.
  • Partner with regional sales leaders to shape Big Bet campaigns that prove MuleSoft is not just best-of-breed but best-of-suite, where CIOs choose to standardize.
Partner Growth & Alignment
  • Build trusted, executive-level relationships with the region’s top partners.
  • Lead structured business planning and performance reviews with clear KPIs, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
  • Spark ambition and clarity in every partner, helping them see the growth potential in building with MuleSoft.
Evangelize Innovation
  • Be the voice of MuleSoft’s next-gen innovation in the ecosystem, from Agent Fabric to AI-powered integration.
  • Position MuleSoft as the essential foundation enabling secure, governed, and intelligent digital experiences.
  • Drive awareness and adoption of our 14+ new product innovations across the partner network.
Executive Engagement — The Year of the CIO
  • Elevate executive conversations: connect partners, customers, and Salesforce leaders in transformational dialogues about integration, AI, and innovation.
  • Empower regional AVPs to align directly with partner executives, ensuring shared goals and consistent collaboration.
Scalable Partner Enablement
  • Collaborate with the Global Alliances COE to operationalize structured enablement programs.
  • Champion the Train-the-Trainer model, partner certification, and measurable learning outcomes to scale knowledge and performance across the ecosystem.
What Success Looks Like
  • Tangible growth in partner-sourced pipeline and ACV.
  • Clear partner accountability and execution excellence.
  • Visible C-suite alignment and joint engagement on key customer opportunities.
  • Regional leadership in MuleSoft innovation adoption and legacy modernization plays.
