Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer for a regional role around the M25 corridor, London. You will service, maintain and repair VRVs, VRFs, Splits and Chillers across predominantly retail sites within a 40-hour week.

The package includes £45,000–£50,000 (up to £55,000 DOE) plus overtime, a company van, 33 days holiday, private healthcare and an enhanced pension. 1-in-4 call-out rota (£150 per week) with travel time paid after 30 minutes.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing VRVs, VRFs, Splits and Chillers.
• F-Gas Category 1 required.
• Full UK driving licence.
• NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and repair of VRVs, VRFs, Splits and Chillers.
• Planned and reactive maintenance across predominantly retail sites.
• Regional patch around the M25 corridor.
• 1-in-4 call-out rota — £150 per week; first call-out minimum 4 hours; travel time paid after 30 minutes each way.
