About The Role

As a Regional Admissions Co-ordinator at HC-One, you’ll be responsible for driving new and existing business into homes across the area, building and sustaining high occupancy in line with the homes’ commercial strategy. This includes an emphasis on private pay admissions and public pay admissions with a 3rd party top-up.

Main Activities
  1. Develop and implement sales, marketing, and awareness programmes to ensure high levels of awareness and profile of the home within the local community, targeting potential private fee payers.
  2. Present and share ideas for increasing revenue to AD & CBP to support overall Area occupancy growth.
  3. Monitor and report barriers leading to lost revenue opportunities.
  4. Generate resident enquiries through community networking and support enquirers from contact to admission, including tours and family liaison.
  5. Organise community events to attract private pay residents and enhance the home's local profile.
  6. Identify and build relationships with local opinion leaders, influencers, and referrers.
  7. Identify local publications read by the target audience for promotional opportunities.
  8. Support Care Home Managers in maintaining high standards in presentation and hospitality.
  9. Arrange and oversee home tours, ensuring high standards and availability of quality rooms.
  10. Coordinate with the marketing team for advertising and awareness campaigns.
  11. Assist the Care Home Administrator in managing enquiries and train staff on enquiry handling and tours.
  12. Visit local health, social care settings, and community organizations to build relationships and generate enquiries.
  13. Collaborate with Wellbeing Coordinators on resident events and promote the homes via local advertorials and marketing materials.
  14. Use hospitality skills to train staff on enquiry and tour processes.
  15. Generate and manage social media content and support newsletter production.
  16. Train colleagues on enquiry and tour procedures.
  17. Encourage and manage care home reviews.
  18. Monitor budgets, occupancy, and enquiries, and produce regular reports on these metrics.
  19. Create positive news stories and interpret management information to highlight successes and opportunities.
