TKAT is seeking a Regional Administrator for the Essex Regional Team. Based at Hylands Regional Office with hybrid elements, you will oversee regional administrative and organisational processes while maintaining strict confidentiality.

The Regional Administrator is responsible for overseeing all administrative and organisational processes within the region while
maintaining strict confidentiality at all times. Serving as a crucial link between central teams and individual academies, this
role ensures efficient operational workflow and compliance with Trust policies and statutory requirements. Forming part of a
shared-service model supporting a number of academies, you will act as a key point of contact for schools and stakeholders,
embodying the Trust’s values, vision, and ethos.
