  • Support expense claim administration and process management.
  • Organise complex travel arrangements and coordinate itineraries when required.
  • Assist with store support visits, relocation packages, and larger-scale regional events.
Regional Administrative Support
  • Act as a key administrative contact for Regional Managers and Regional People Partners.
  • Coordinate and prioritise multiple requests across the region, ensuring service excellence and effective workload management.
  • Support communication and administration relating to new starters, leavers, and organisational changes.
  • Maintain regional contact information, distribution lists, and team records.
  • Produce reports, presentations, and business updates as required.
  • Support workforce planning activities through accurate data gathering and administration.

What You'll Bring
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills.
  • Excellent diary and travel management experience.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a service-oriented approach.
  • Resilience, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting regional leadership teams while contributing to the smooth and effective running of the business.
