Job Description:

AP4 Group is seeking a Full Time Regional Account Manager for Northern Europe and the UK. AP4 Group LLC is a global full-service provider of heavy-duty & aeroderivative industrial gas turbine maintenance, including spare parts distribution, component repairs, and field services.

Our team of 170 dedicated employees is on a mission to provide our customers with the parts and services they need, when they need them.

What are your responsibilities?

  1. Generate new business and retain existing clients.
  2. Foster growth through the expansion of products and services in Northern Europe and the UK (60% travel required).
  3. Develop and execute commercial strategies to acquire new business opportunities.
  4. Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to meet customers’ needs.
  5. Own the accurate forecasting of your account base.
  6. Develop and execute account growth strategies and account planning.
  7. Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships with key decision makers.
  8. Identify customer needs and ensure their satisfaction.
  9. Drive identification, prospecting, and creation of new sales opportunities.
  10. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
  11. Provide feedback regarding pricing and competition.
  12. Manage travel and living expense budget.
  13. Perform quarterly business reviews with key account decision makers.
  14. Maintain regional pipeline to achieve short and long-term goals/objectives.
  15. Timely maintain CRM to provide accurate intel.
  16. Interface with internal stakeholders to ensure a coordinated sales process.
  17. Attend meetings, sales events, and training.
  18. Coordinate with business units to define solutions.
  19. Ensure products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.
What do you need to qualify for this role?
  1. Must live in Northern Europe or the UK.
  2. Sales experience in the UK and Continental Europe required.
  3. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in direct consultative selling.
  4. Gas Turbine knowledge/controls systems knowledge a plus.
  5. Ability to speak and write in German, French, and English.
  6. Experience handling transactional and contractual relationships.
  7. Education in engineering or technical background preferred.
  8. Experience with electrical control products preferred.
  9. Experience in B2B sales.
  10. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  11. A willingness to travel 60% of the time.
  12. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in industrial end user sales.
