About the Role

As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value clients and developing long-term relationships with them to ensure their satisfaction and retention. You will act as the primary point of contact for your clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet their business objectives. Your goal will be to drive revenue growth, increase customer loyalty, and promote the company's brand reputation in the marketplace.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Establishing great, long-term customer relationships while capturing high-value growth opportunities.
  • Going higher & wider within organizations to connect with new stakeholders and value streams.
  • Leading with insight and developing an understanding of customer workflows and customer value.
  • Recording client engagement and communication on a CRM.
  • Collaborating with all business functions locally and globally to support our go-to-market outreach.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in managing, retaining, and growing revenue in a DaaS/SaaS/tech environment.
  • Ability to establish great, long-term customer relationships while capturing high-value growth opportunities.
  • Experience in going higher & wider within organizations you manage and connecting with new stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead with insight and develop an understanding of customer workflows and customer value.
  • Ability to maintain high-quality customer engagement through phone, email, social media. Willingness to visit clients and travel to targeted clients each month.
  • Experience with client engagement and communication on a CRM.
  • Ability to collaborate with all business functions locally and globally to support our go-to-market outreach.
  • Industry experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
