Job Title: Regional Account Manager - South East (M25 Corridor)

About Our Client

My client is a well-established British lifestyle brand that has been creating quality clothing and accessories for over 12 years. With a strong presence across wholesale, direct-to-consumer, and retail partnerships, the business continues to grow its national footprint. This role sits within the wholesale division, focusing on supporting and expanding the independent retail network across the UK.

Job Description

The successful candidate will:

  1. Cover the South East region, including M3 - Surrey, Suffolk, Milton Keynes, Oxford, down through to Newbury and London.
  2. Manage a diverse customer base, including Garden Centres, Department Stores, independent men’s and women’s boutiques, Gift Stores, and more, with creative thinking encouraged!
  3. Handle a P&L circa £0.5m with the goal of doubling growth.
  4. Develop an effective journey plan to maximize coverage and efficiency, with hotel/overnight stays covered.
  5. Use provided resources such as a Fuel Card and Company Van (for personal use, offering benefits).
  6. Expect to spend approximately 4 days in the field and 1 day working from home weekly.
  7. Have knowledge of seasonal products, ideally in fashion, toys, or similar categories.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience with journey planning.
  • Possess knowledge of seasonal products, preferably in fashion or toys.
  • Be flexible regarding location, ideally on the designated patch.
  • Be a self-starter, confident, and well-presented.

What's on Offer

The package includes:

  • Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 basic
  • Uncapped OTE, circa £5,000 - £10,000, depending on performance
  • Company Van (for business and personal use)
  • Clothing Allowance
  • Office based in the South, with once-a-month visits
