About this role:

We support independent restaurants to go online, reach more customers, and grow their businesses. As a Field Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and growing your area, driving consumer choice and activated restaurants to maximize orders, and acting as a trusted advisor to our partners.

Location: Paisley & Surrounding Area (field-based & home-based).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maximize the potential of existing restaurants through building strong relationships.
  • Educate restaurant partners to improve customer service and experience.
  • Ensure all new restaurants are visited within 14 days of going online and optimized for success.
  • Prioritize order growth via activated restaurants and mentor partners on growth strategies.
  • Use internal platforms like Salesforce and Restaurant Manager to identify growth opportunities and improve efficiencies.

What you bring:

  • Experience in B2B sales or account management.
  • Ownership of ambitious targets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
