Position Overview:

Seeking an experienced Patient Care Coordinator with nursing leadership background to join our client's ER team for full-time night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM). The role involves ensuring high-quality patient care, coordinating nursing activities, and leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient rounds to ensure care aligns with individual care plans.
  • Manage patient flow and bed assignments during shifts.
