About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, hands-on, and sustainability-minded Farm Manager to lead day-to-day operations with a focus on regenerative agriculture. This role involves overseeing soil health, crop/livestock systems, and team coordination while implementing practices that restore ecosystems, build resilience, and increase long-term farm productivity. Ideal candidates bring an experience in regenerative or organic systems, strong leadership skills, and a deep passion for land stewardship.

What you’ll be doing

• Restoring the Earth: Help us nurture the earth with composting, crop rotation, cover cropping and other regenerative practices including soil health monitoring and harvest plans.
• Team Leadership: Supervise farm workers and create a motivating and efficient teamwork environment.
• Operating Equipment: Work with tractors, planters and other farm equipment.
• Collaborating with Leadership: Assist in refining operational procedures and contributing to business growth ideas.

• Proven experience managing farm operations, ideally within a regenerative or organic system.
• Deep understanding of soil biology, ecosystem services, and regenerative design principles.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work closely with senior management and contribute to the establishment of business protocols.
• Ability to operate and maintain farm equipment.
