Job Title: Regulatory Change Business Analyst (RWA, FRTB, Capital Calculation)

Location: London - 3 Days a Week Onsite

Contract Type: Temporary (Until 31/03/2026, with potential for extension)

Rate: Highly competitive rate available for suitable candidates

Working Pattern: Full Time (40 Hours per Week)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Regulatory Change Business Analyst with expertise in FRTB regulations to manage changes in regulatory reporting, focusing on B3.1 and CRR3 regulations related to Market Risk. The role involves leading project tasks, coordinating with stakeholders, managing risks, documenting requirements, and participating in testing.

Requirements
  • Understanding of Regulatory Capital regulations in EMEA, especially RWA, Capital Calculation, COREP, and FRTB.
  • Experience in regulatory analysis for front and middle office, with a background in investment banking and banking products.
  • Ability to produce business requirements in collaboration with Regulatory reporting teams.
  • Functional knowledge equivalent to software supplier experts for engaging in discussions, bug fixing, and testing.
  • Experience working with product and business stakeholders, and delivering solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting query software.
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement regulatory changes affecting EMEA capital reporting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, emphasizing automation.
  • Collaborate across teams to document requirements comprehensively.
