Working hours:Monday - Friday 6.15am - 2.45pm

As a Refuse and Recycling Loader in our Basingstoke team, you'll provide a complete waste and recycling service on behalf of the residents and community in Basingstoke. With a professional, dedicated and friendly team of Refuse Collection staff, we ensure that streets, homes and businesses are kept clean, safe and tidy, whilst providing the very best levels of customer service to all members of the community that we serve.


You'll be entrusted to:

  • set off on a pre-planned route, with the driver and team you are working with, collecting waste and recycling from residential homes and commercial properties
  • be the public face of Serco's Environmental Services team in the community
  • keep the area beautiful, safe and a clean place to live and work - a responsibility we take great pride in
