Join a dedicated team as a Refuse & Recycling Loader in Norfolk, where you will play a critical role in providing waste and recycling services to the community. You will work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, ensuring cleanliness and safety across neighborhoods while enjoying excellent benefits and ongoing development opportunities.

Salary:£25,486.31 per annum + excellent benefits

Full Time:40hours per week

Working hours:Monday - Friday, 06:00hrs - 14:00hrs per week

As a Refuse & Recycling Loader in our Breckland team, you'll provide a complete waste and recycling service on behalf of the residents and community in Norfolk. With a professional, dedicated and friendly team of Refuse Collection staff, we ensure that streets, homes and businesses are kept clean, safe and tidy, whilst providing the very best levels of customer service to all members of the community that we serve.


You'll be entrusted to:

  • You will set off on a pre planned route with the driver you are working withcollecting waste and recycling from residential homes and commercial properties.
  • You will be the public face of Serco's Environmental Services team in the community.
  • A responsibility to keep the area remaining beautiful, safe and a clean place to live and work, a responsibility we take great pride in.
