Job description

Immediate starts in Metheringham area. Do you want to work outside with plenty of walking? Immediate start.

We are currently seeking refuse loaders. The role will see you operating in the local North Kesteven area, collecting household refuse and disposing of it at the local waste recycling centre.

The role involves high levels of manual handling with the loading and unloading of waste.

No experience is required. You must be reliable and have acceptable levels of physical fitness due to the physical nature of the role.

Important: Must have own transport to get to the site in Metheringham.

This is a long-term role.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, starting at 07:00, with 7.5-hour shifts on average. Saturdays may be required prior to a bank holiday, but you are not required to work on bank holidays.

The pay rate for this position is £12.21 per hour, rising to £12.39 per hour after 12 weeks.
