Cotech Building Careers is seeking a Senior Project/Site Manager for a major refurbishment programme across the UK. You will manage live-site projects from planning through completion, coordinating contractors and liaising with clients to maintain schedules and records.

The role requires the ability to mobilise quickly, travel across locations from Leeds to Plymouth, and to make swift commercial decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing refurbishment projects on live sites.
• Ability to mobilise quickly and work across UK locations.
• Experience chairing site and client meetings.
• Proficient in maintaining site records and project programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead refurbishment projects from planning to delivery and ensure on-time completion.
• Coordinate sub-contractors and liaise with clients and site teams.
