A social enterprise supporting refugees in Bristol is seeking a Support & Integration Officer to empower and guide refugees as they resettle. You will conduct assessments, create personalized support plans, and connect individuals with community resources. The ideal candidate should have experience working with refugees, strong communication skills, and IT proficiency. This full-time position offers a salary of £26,521 per annum and a nurturing work environment focused on making a lasting impact.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting refugees or asylum seekers.
• Knowledge of complex support needs.
• Ability to create support plans and assess needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver support and guidance to help refugees resettle.
• Conduct pre-tenancy assessments and create support plans.
• Develop relationships with local agencies.

Skills
