BSWA in Birmingham is seeking a Refuge Housekeeper to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in our refuges. The 22-hour-per-week role supports women and children, covering Birmingham and occasional Solihull sites, with duties including room preparation and routine maintenance.
Workdays are typically five days between 9am and 5pm. You will follow established procedures, manage supplies, and liaise with the Refuge Manager to ensure a welcoming, secure environment for service users.

This post will be is to cover one of our Birmingham refuges, but some cover may be required at any of our refuge sites (in Birmingham and Solihull) from time to time.
The 22 hours will need to be worked primarily over 5 days and between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
