Job summary

CCR Commercial Refrigeration in the United Kingdom is seeking a Refrigeration Engineer to work both in a team and solo on customer sites. You will perform reactive repairs, service maintenance and ensure high standards while complying with F-Gas regulations.

The role offers a pension, company car, and generous holiday allowance, plus a mobile and tablet to support efficient field service and rapid on-site responses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail and small industrial sectors.
• Co2 and F-Gas qualifications essential.
• NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning required.

Responsibilities

• Remotely attend sites and perform reactive repairs on customer equipment.
• Attend reactive service breakdown calls and maintain plants.
• Complete maintenance to the highest standards and provide detailed reports.
• Comply with F-Gas regulations during leak testing and repairs.
• Complete site surveys and support the service desk as needed.
• Out of hours standby and EH&S compliance.
