Morson Group is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join our Workplace Management Engineering team in the London area as a Subject Matter Expert and technical coordinator. The role focuses on overseeing performance, compliance, and lifecycle management of refrigeration and air conditioning systems across the UK portfolio.

You will act as the technical specialist for chillers, CRAC units, split systems, FCUs, and AHUs, manage maintenance programmes, ensure F-Gas regulatory

Qualificações

• Experience overseeing refrigeration and air conditioning systems in large facilities.
• Proven ability to manage PPM programmes and regulatory compliance (F-Gas).
• Ability to coordinate contractors and provide hands-on support during emergencies.

Responsabilidades

• Provide SME technical oversight for refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
• Manage and maintain F-Gas registers in compliance with UK/EU regulations.
• Ensure systems meet statutory and environmental standards through audits and leak checks.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance programmes.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality and safety standards.
