Job summary

Arcus FM Limited in London is recruiting a Refrigeration Specialist to diagnose and repair issues, achieve a high first-fix rate and reduce call volumes. You will interrogate refrigeration systems with software tools and design strategies to maximise equipment uptime.

This role offers a 40-hour week, door-to-door pay, overtime, and a pension, with training academy access and sponsorships. Full UK driving licence and CO2/Fgas qualifications are required, with a focus on safety and customer

Qualifications

An eye for detail when studying technical and work order data.
Achievement of first fix, or making temporary measures to maximise uptime.
Ability to work unsupervised and coordinate with planning teams.

Responsibilities

Interrogate refrigeration systems using software tools to diagnose issues.
Design and implement strategies to mitigate risk and improve uptime.
Support A/C and MER PPM teams and align refrigerations strategy across departments.

What You'll Be Doing

We are always striving to achieve maximum efficiency within our refrigeration delivery, and this brand-new role encompasses that mission.

You will be required to interrogate refrigeration systems using software technology, monitoring and acknowledging repeat issues and sites, before assessing, designing and implementing strategies which mitigate risk, minimise the chance of further issues and ultimately contribute towards a safer, more productive and successful delivery model.

Whilst providing support to our Air Conditioning and MER PPM teams, you will have the chance to align our strategy across these departments, contributing to greater synergy with the Refrigeration team. You will be given the platform to showcase your expertise whilst mentoring and developing others.

What We're Looking For

Specific Qualifications:

C&G Fgas 2079
Full UK driving licence
Recognised apprenticeship or qualification in refrigeration
CO2 qualification or ability to demonstrate experience in this area.
C02 Pack familiarisation with Green & Cool, SCM, Advansor
Hydrocarbon qualification – CARE (desirable)

Knowledge & Experience:
