What You’ll Do

As an Improver Refrigeration Engineer, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals maintaining and servicing supermarket refrigeration systems across multiple sites. You’ll be involved in diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs — all while building your skills and confidence.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• A keen interest in refrigeration systems

• Some hands-on experience or relevant technical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or similar)

• Full UK driving license

• Willingness to learn and work on-call as part of a rotation

Desirable (Training Provided):

• F-Gas / C&G 2079 certification

• Supermarket refrigeration experience

• CO2 qualification
