Refrigeration Engineer East Midlands

Benefits

• £37,000 - £42,000 per annum
• 40 hours per week
• Door-to-door pay
• 20+8 days holiday, increasing to 25 days with service

We have been established for 15 years, providing industrial refrigeration services to food processing plants, breweries, and cold storage facilities across the country. Our operations include two sites, one of which is a large warehouse depot where our team of engineers is based and where training is provided.

We specialize in the installation, design, service, and maintenance of refrigeration equipment. Currently, we are seeking experienced Refrigeration Engineers to join our team. The role involves work on transport refrigeration and large industrial sites, with staying away from home required.

Responsibilities

• Repair, service, and maintain blast freezers, holding stores, cold rooms, and chillers
• Assist with the installation of large equipment
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and fault diagnosis
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients
• Meet clients in the field — customer-facing role

Requirements

• Full UK driver’s license
• NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or FGAS certification
• Experience working with refrigeration equipment

Package

• Salary up to £42,000
• 40-hour week, door-to-door pay
• 28 days holiday including bank holidays (rises with service)
• On-call 1 in 5 (phone initially)
• Van and fuel card
